Forget the past…

Guilt, shame, regret, and sorrow are all indicators that we have unfinished business that we need to address. The most important thing is that we realize our pain is a gift as it is telling us that we have missed something important. To separate and neutralise the pain from our past, we simply go back to where we (or others) made mistake, see what spiritual lessons we missed, make that correction, and then move on. If you are held back by your unhealed feelings of your past, do something about it. Clean up your mistakes. And then, as you go through the beautiful present, consciously create This Day as a gift of love and service to all you meet.
