Practice failing.

If you want to change your life and live your dreams, you will fail along the way. Failing is simply learning and there is nothing negative about learning.

How you react to failing plays a big part in you creating happiness. The best way to change your reaction to failing is to fail LOTS and you will naturally become accepting of failing along your way to happiness.

Go play a sport or game you suck at and let yourself fail. When you feel sad or mad, practice smiling and laughing instead.

Have FUN failing.
