Analyze your self-talk.

We all talk to ourselves in our mind and sometimes out loud. The words that you use to talk to yourself should be encouraging, loving and supportive but they often aren’t.

We tend to be our own worst judge at times and even say negative, mean and discouraging things. Imagine there was a person that followed you around all day judging you, discouraging you. being negative and just bringing you down.

You would prob want to get away from that person but when that person is yourself, you can’t escape it. Now imagine that negative person just got a new job as a positive cheerleader to follow you around all day to lift your spirits.

Imagine all the words your new cheerleader would say to you all day to keep you positive and inspired and start talking to yourself the same way.

You could be your own worst enemy or your own best cheerleader.
