Everything is ok.

It doesn’t matter if “good” things or “bad” things are happening to you, it’s all just what needs to happen at that moment.

Once you have a destination of happiness in your mind, your brain will go to work creating the shortest path.

Our brain as a system is designed to use the least amount of energy possible when creating a pathway.

Forget about judging if something is good or bad and just go with the flow and help your brain do it’s job.

Everything is happing just the way it needs to and you will only make it harder on yourself if you try to fight it.

You may as well enjoy the ride because ups and downs are just a part of the pathway.

Relax and go with the flow.
