Love the negative.

Negative thoughts are deep rooted in our animal DNA. They are just a protective instinct and just need assurance that everything is safe.

Thank your negative thoughts but say goodbye. No need to let these thoughts stop you from living your dreams, just acknowledge them for what they are and carry on.

These thoughts will never go away but you can change how you react to them and how they effect you.

The more you practice loving your negative thoughts, the less effect they will have on you until they have no effect at all.

Every thought is a tool for you to use.
