Pain

Pain doesn’t show up in our life for no reason. It is a sign that something in our life needs to be change, and sometimes pain is needed to improve us.

The point is that don’t try to deny your pain or bury it away. Let it rise to the surface and then transform it into something that makes it worthwhile.

the depth of your pain to expand the breadth of your compassion. And gather up your stumbling stones to build a bridge for someone else.

Remember what is like to be lost in darkness, so you can be someone else’s much needed light.
