Create a happy trigger.

We all get sad, depressed and give up but what ever feeling your having right now, you are attracting more of.

Mastering your emotions is a skill you must absolutely learn if you expect to have any control of what you are attracting.

So if you ever get sad or lose control of your emotions you must have the power to change your feeling instantly.

The simplest way to do this is to create a “happy trigger”. This could be a song, a photo, an affirmation, a video or anything that is strong enough to make you feel happy instantly.

Maybe a photo of your dream home. Maybe your fav dance music. Maybe a video of your loved ones.

Whatever it is, make sure it is strong enough to work instantly every time.

Happiness attracts happiness.
