Having self doubts?

Doubt is a protective instinct. Listen to it then say “thanks but no thanks”. Believe you are safe. No need to get mad or sad with doubt it’s just trying to keep you safe.

That voice in your head is you as a scared child in a dualistic world where getting hurt happens. Make up a saying that works for you and use the same words every time. I use, “no thank you, I’m safe”.

Doubt comes from protective love and through practice will have no effect on you. Doubt is you loving yourself by warning of possible danger.

“Thank you doubt but I am safe”.
