‌Use a note pad app on your phone to keep your list up to date daily adding or removing things as you grow.

‌Now use an alarm app on your phone and set a daily alarm to go off at the end of your day before bed.

‌Read your list every day when your alarm goes off and love everything on the list like you already have it.

‌Love it in advance daily.
